We believe you have the following background:
Previously good results from sales work, thrive with high pace and a star on the phone. It is an advantage if you also have some form of financial background and / or sales background. You need to be technically savvy and take on new applications and technology quickly. At Astat, we work fully digital and up in the cloud.
Our working language is in English as we are a multinational company. It is therefore precarious that you master oral and written English, and just as important that you speak and write fluent Norwegian as communication with customers will take place in Norwegian.
Your workday will look something like this:
We sincerely believe our product is really both better and cheaper than anything else on the market and your job will be to help potential customers understand this. We will try to serve you with leads that you must actively contact and get them to switch banking services to Astat as their preferred provider of banking services. One must also be able to count on finding leads and calling cold. We have a product that is volume-based and all customers will be the same size and the sales process will go quickly. It is therefore most effective with the telephone as a tool. You will attend sales meetings and other activities in a startup business where everyone contributes where needed.

What is Astat?
Astat is a completely new banking challenger and Norway's first 100% customer-centric banking service for companies. We offer business owners in Norway a new and simplified way to manage the company's finances. This is to make everyday work easier and cheaper for hard-working business owners. Astat is here to offer help and support when needed most, by gathering all the necessities on one and the same platform at a better price, as well as offering the market's best customer service.
We keep up with the times and have a strong focus on the environment. Therefore, Astat's card service will be 100% digital, and Astat will never produce or offer plastic. Instead, we use Google Pay and Apple Pay for payments on the terminal, and virtual bank cards from VISA for online purchases.
Astat will soon launch its new banking services and is looking for a sales consultant who will join the star team and help take the product to new heights.
